On arrival at the Europcar desk, the service provided by staff is professional and friendly, so the whole collection process is simple, easy and efficient taking no more than five minutes. Vehicles are parked in numbered bays in the pick-up area, located close to the hire centre. You will be told the bay number where the vehicle is located and the code required to activate the exit barrier (both pieces of information will additionally be written on your paperwork), if you do have any difficulty, Europcar staff are available in a small office within the pick-up area. Nice and easy! Highly recommended.
