Overpriced and disingenuous Took my first car in for a MOT and was simple enough just handed over my keys and they said to come back in an hour, I wanted to take advantage of their low MOT costs advertised, however when I came back they said they had replaced a front light bulb and raised my headlights and charged me dearly for this. I didn't ask for any work to be done, I only wanted the MOT carried out as I knew it was going to fail. There was no way I could reverse the work done so ended up paying much more than intended. Additionally the staff were intimidating and put me at unease about complaining, on top of this the quote for fixing my hatchback was over £600 that was absurd, I found several other places in Leighton that could repair at half the price of that. I felt I was being taken advantage of it being my first MOT.
