DO NOT USE. Shop run by con artist. After taking my M4 aqua here for a screen repair (with a single hairline fracture), they replaced the screen overnight. I returned the next day to an intact but totally non responsive screen. The owner said it was an issue with the screen he had ordered and would send off for a new one. A week later the same process was repeated, which suggests no screen replacement had taken place. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and left my phone over the weekend for them to try a third time. Same result. I then asked for my £65 back, as I now realised they were incapable of fixing it. I was told they would have to remove the intact but faulty screen and leave me with a broken one as soon as a smashed M4 came in. I now have an entirely useless phone, with hundreds more cracks on the screen than in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY Sent my Sony Z3 in to get a replacement screen, (£85) got it back 2 days later, after literally 2 hours I heard it pop in my pocket even after purchasing a screen protector! My wife called them the following day and went in to drop the phone off - the assistant stated "the screen wasn't put on properly" and it would be sorted today I get a call late afternoon that it would cost me an additional £55 for it to be fixed As the phone screen wasn't put on properly I didn't think this was fair, so called the manager 'M***' who was utterly useless and denied that their employee said it wasn't put on correctly! He would not give me a refund or get the phone sorted DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF I will be reporting them to trading standards.

We had a great service and have done many times. Today we thought it was a faulty battery - they found a different fault - fixed it and the cost was less. It was all done within the hour and have my phone back and working. Great service.

Fixed my iphone but LOST my SIM card. They didn't even offer to have a quick look for it. They just waved an empty tuperware box in front of my face like that was some sort of proof - AVOID!
