Dreadful, always have to wait for ages in a queue. When you get served they can never find your prescription, usually say the pharmacist hasn't done it yet and you have to call back, never apologetic. Last called in Saturday to pick up a prescription that was needed, dropped it in Wednesday, was told once again wasn't done I'd have to call back, unfortunately I couldn't do that so was without needed prescription for three days! (Bank Holiday!). Whilst I was waiting the customary 15 mins saw 3 people in front all get the same treatment, all very unhappy! It needs sorting out!!!!
