Multi billion pound company but cud not sort a small issue. They gave me a tracking number with a delivery date time end of day so waited almost all day till 7pm and decided to ring them at this stage checked online still said on schedule on time even the automated tracking system said the same thing but decided to speak to someone when I did they said the package was still not even in this country I was fuming they simply said sorry the whole day was wasted for me though.... c*** at communicating.
Have ordered and paid for a parcel on next day delivery, tracker says on van for delivery since 08.00 now 20.35 and no delivery!!!!!!!! Have wasted a whole day and night and now their customer service is closed!
can anybody actually answer a phone, i want to tell them to deliver at 1300 hrs or later but all you get is an answer machine. rubbish service, now i have to drive 20 miles to pick it up i should have drove 40 miles and bought it from the shop how are these i***** still in work
Terrible service from customer service staff, staff at the depot and delivery drivers! Absolutely disgraceful! Worst company ever. If I could give zero stars I would!
