The telephone system is ludicrous, its
constantly engaged, if you want an
appointment they tell you to ring the next
day at 8.30-but you cant get through, and if
your lucky enough to do they say sorry no
appointments, ring back tomorrow!!
Today I am trying to ring to get order my
repeat presricption and I was told your not
allowed to ring up until after 2.15pm, now I
cant get through anyway.
Why have a phone system if its not effective
and constant negative reviews?
