Absolutely deplorable!! The absolute lies that cafcass tell!! I didn't think they had the right to change statements and re-wird to suit themselves!! That's not just nor fair and the lives of children are at risk!! I'm disgusted and taking this as far as I possibly can!!! Abhorrent to say the least!!!!

Atfre ten years on the receiving end of this 'company' I can honestly say that the conistantcy with which they get it wrong for children is really quite disturbing. As one officer recently put it to me, MR XXX, you'll never get the justice you want - we have guidelines and as a man you're just not going to treated the same as the mother. Yes, we're here to assess the best interest of the child but thats by ensuring mother is settled and happy. You as a father have no right in law to see your child.
