To cut a long story short, I purchased a vehicle with a number of faults from this dealer in December 2016. After purchasing the vehicle, the dealer was notified of the faults which I began to detect. The dealer subsequently failed to rectify them on a number of occasions 2+ months after the purchase. Under the consumer rights act I requested a full refund which the dealer refused. I took the dealer to County Court in August 2017 where the court ruled in my favour and notably highlighted the dealer's poor knowledge of the law that applies to their business. I received a refund to the original purchase value nearly 8 months after I bought the car. Since the court case, the dealer advertised the car for sale again. I have spoken to a prospective buyer who drove it in August 17 who said they walked away from it because the issues I mentioned were STILL present! This was, without doubt the worst experience I have had buying anything. Proceed with this dealer at your own risk!
