NO 1 PHD - POOLE, DO

Called No1PHD as we had a blocked drain that was flooding and making our front lawn smell horrible. The engineer arrived very promptly and was very friendly and professional and then got to work clearing the blockage. Job was completed quickly and with little to no disruption. Would highly recommend them for any drainage problems in the future.

We called these guys out when our drains started to backup and smell. They acted quickly and managed to fix the problem with no issues. The pricing was reasonable and the engineers were really nice. Would definitely use again!

Our boiler started making some strange noises, so we called up No1 PHD after being recommended by a friend. We were amazed by how quickly they responded! They sent an engineer to our house to inspect the boiler and it didn’t take him long to figure out the problem. The great thing was that he explained what would be involved in the repair and he was up front about the cost. The fix was much cheaper than I thought it would be! It was a great service all round.

Returning home from a business trip to find my house turned into an ice box and a non-functioning heating system is hardly my idea of a good Friday night. But that’s how I spent last Friday. I finally gave up and called my brother who told me No1PHD had helped them before. These guys were incredible, top service, really know their stuff, and best of all, very affordable rates – 10/10!

They put a camera down to investigate and found the blockage really quickly. They gave an affordable quote for the removal of the blockage and carried out the work straight away. All very transparent and the engineers were really upbeat and friendly. They spent some time with my dad to give him tips on how to avoid blockages in the future too! Sorry we forgot the engineers’ names, would have loved to have mentioned them individually! Would definitely use again should the need ever arise!
