shockingly bad We had booked an 8 seater and.a 4 seater to take us to a family party at port edgar and collect us at 11.15pm. It was booked a week in advance online. They took us there but at 10.40pm we received messages to say the taxis back were cancelled due to no cabs being in the area! We were stranded, including 3 kids. I will never use them again.

Do not use this company. I booked for an 8-seater to take my family to a wedding, booking two pick up points each way. The taxi was 15 minutes late and didn't know there was a second pickup venue (although I had checked this twice after booking). We were late for the wedding! On the return a 4-seater turned up, the driver being told there were no 8-seaters available that night! The driver drove crazily, much too fast and even jumping a red light! The rest of our party had to wait 20 minutes for another car to be despatched. The second car had the meter running and wanted payment until he had checked with the office who confirmed we had pre-paid.
