I would gave given NIL STARs but it would not
let me.
We have just returned from the Café at the
Maldon store. Having ordered just an all day
breakfast and a healthy breakfast at 01.19pm
we waited until 01.56 pm for the food to
arrive at our table, having sat under a lamp
for some 12 minutes - needless to say the
food was stone cold. We were refunded to cost
and left the store.
Your café used to be good, but no longer I
am afraid. Not enough staff, just one person
taking orders and doing the drinks and it
appeared only one young girl cooking the
food. When we left there were still several
tables waiting for their food - they had also
been waiting for over half an hour. Something
needs to be done about this or just serve
drinks and sandwiches, pre made.
