Been in a few times, service really poor with more people sat out the back office than serving customers. Went in for a simple part, a heated mirror glass for my Volvo XC90. Was told to go to main dealer or look on Ebay. They have the parts on their web page parts list but you would think I had asked for a part for the Space Shuttle. Thought Euro Parts was exactly that but obviously not. Went to P******* A********, straight in, straight answer and part provided straight away. Have been to Euro Parts as closer but not again. By the time you have been served, it was quicker to drive the extra couple of miles to a business who know what they are talking about.
