I was looking for architects to do my
planning permission for a change of use on a
commercial property. As this company has good
reviews, I went with them. Once they took my
money, I found that the level of care and
competence went out of the window.
It took them nearly 2 weeks, after taking my
fees to actually get round to completing the
application and submitting it. There was very
little communication from them after that.
Once the application was submitted, they did
not check the progress of the application nor
were they aware of any extra details that may
have been needed by the council.
Every step of the process, I had to do my own
ground work and let them know about the
progress. They wasn't even aware that my
application was refused. I was told that they
will sit down and look through the
application and find out why it was refused
and then we can start the appeal. It has been
a week and I still have not heard any back
from them.
Going through a planning application for a
commercial property can be quite stressful
and requires a-lot of patience, I would not
recommend this company for such an
experience.
