I wanted to e-mail to say how impressed i
have been with the level of customer service
i received from Lawsons.
I phoned to make an enquiry this morning and
then rung around for other quotes. Although i
found another company who would deliver what
i wanted slightly cheaper, the person i spoke
to at Lawsons was really helpful, whereas the
person i spoke at T***** needed to work on
his telephone manner! I then placed my order
at approximately 9.45am today and it was
delivered less than four hours later!
The driver was great as he checked exactly
where i wanted to bag placed. All three of
the employees i spoke to were polite and
professional and if i need anything in the
future, i will definitely use Lawsons.
