When they want your business the service is excellent, they arrived and fitted when booked, however their after sales is diabolically disgusting. We have been having problems with the meter reader, which has now packed up all together, a refurbished one was forwarded to our address within in a day, still waiting for it to be fitted despite numerous phone calls to company asking when this will happen, customer services just say we will ring you back. Would not recommend to anyone. Had to give 1 Star otherwise would not accept comment.
