I went in store to look for a specific harness that the website stated that was sold in this shop. Myself and a friend looked all around the store and unable to find it went to the desk to ask if they stocked it. It was a Saturday afternoon afternoon and was busy. The young lady at the till was in conversation with a customer/friend and was not talking about work related issues. Totally ignored me standing there and carried on talking. I got exasperated in the end and went back to my friend . She went up to try and get information and again was totally ignored. We left the shop empty handed and not impressed. Wont be going back again.!!!!
