Impossible to talk to .....The one telephone number as shown above they will let ring...and direct calls to to RBS digital computer ..I now suspect on purpose so as not to have to bother talking to their customers. ....I gave up trying after two days ! The other branch of Holts nearby ... the military one would NOT give me any other number to talk to my branch. It was a case of "They are busy...tell me who you want to talk to and I will get them to phone you " When THEY think about getting round to it no doubt ... Customer service used to be very good ...... Now it does not exist at Holts Farnborough
