Promise you that a new screen will fix the phone, and when it goes wrong they refuse to give a full refund and are not so friendly. Lost my money and have a phone that was working slightly when taken into the shop to now being completely unusable. Avoid this shop at all costs!!

absolutely appalling service they say they offer a 6 month warranty they do not unless you have proof of purchase you take it back into them with proof of purchase after they say they will re do the repair and they still ask for more money for their error they even waited for their other customer to leave the store who was there on my first attempt when they said if i bought the reciept back in they would honour it they then asked me to wait for him to leave the store to tell me they wont honour their repair warranty due to a hair line scratch on the centre of the screen which is nothing to do with the fact that the entire screen has lifted around all 4 edges i have reported this store to the ombudsman under the fairtrade act of 1973 and they will be making further investigations and i will be reporting this to their websites head office as this is apparently a rather large company that offer poor quality of service to their consumers and poor quality repairs and parts needless to say the company itself is BER (beyond economical repair) if the owner/ manager would like to resolve the issue him or herself please feel free to contact me

Amazing service the lady behind the desk said my iPad would be fixed in 24 hours but I was surprised when I received a call an hour later to find out it had been repaird. Couldn't fault them will highly recommend
