EURONICS BUYWISE - NEWPORT, IS

Received a delivery today of a sofa and chair which arrived a good two weeks earlier than expected. A very lovely set of furniture,solid and beautiful fabric. When we originally visited the store,merely to browse as to what was available,to say we were spoilt for choice is an understatement! It was a bit like Goldilocks,choosing which was the right one!! A very friendly,helpful gentleman gave us advice in between leaving us happily alone to make the right personal choice and we ended up not feeling any need to look elsewhere on deciding on what we received today. Within ten minutes of the delivery-men arriving we were arranging ..(temporarily,as we are soon to expect delivery of a new carpet)..the furniture as we like it. After over 25 years of owning four lovely dogs,the last one unfortunately the only one to shed hair and also become pretty ill,it meant our home suffered somewhat but we are now almost back to "normal" after decorating etc. The upshot of mentioning this is that it must have been pretty obvious to the delivery-men that our old chair/sofa had been under a lot of stress(!!).but while we had our "boys" we saw no sense in replacing especially in the final couple of years...however,they removed them without any bother and to see our lovely new set indoors now is just so pleasing. Buywise not only delivered a lovely new suite but removed the old lot for a mere pittance. They cannot be bettered for friendly,helpful service,prompt delivery of quality goods and we would never hesitate to use them in the future. Many thanks to all involved at each level.

WE BOUGHT A SUITE FROM BUYWISE IN NEWPORT I.O.W. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING TO DELIVERY WAS TOTALLY TROUBLE FREE. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK TONY AND HIS STAFF, ALSO THE DELIVERY MEN FOR PROVIDING SUCH AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Some months ago we ordered a 3 piece suite from Buywise Newport. I arrived within the proposed time scale but as I had been quite ill between ordering and receiving it was immediately apparent that I could not cope with the manual recliner. Due to my condition I contacted Buywise and all I will say is that the customer service from them has been magnificent, from senior management to the shop floor and delivery staff.
