The lady is rude and has a bad attitude and always asking what you are sending when she doesn't need to! Always on her phone and ignores you and when she finally does have time to serve you she offers no apology for her rudeness. Worst customer service ever, no Hello's and Thank you's!
I have to agree with the 1st review. The lady is always on her mobile or eating when I go in, yet pauses to question you, to push up the price of what you are posting. I have walking problems and yet she rudely asked what was wrong with my legs, in front of 2 other people in the queue. This is my nearest P.O., but I avoid as much as possible otherwise it's pure dread when you go in. Rude, arrogant, she's need to go for a course in customer service!
