I went to the take away tonight after not
visiting for some time. I found that the shop
had completely changed, they were extremely
busy, there didn't seem to be as many staff
as I remember, and so I had a long wait for
my order, and it didn't seem to make any
difference if your called an order in via the
phone either. It seems that customers who
know staff at the take away have priority, as
a girl came in whilst I was there, she said
she needed a pizza asap, and her mate told
her that they were quite busy, she took the
order, and then asked the other staff if they
could treat her mates order as priority, as
she'd promised her mate that her food would
be ready in 20 minutes, at that time, I'd
been waiting for my order well over 30
minutes, why should the mate get priority
because she had a friend working at the
shop.
After all of that, the food was ok, but the
pizzas seemed a little thicker than I
remember, and rather well done.
Hi there, I don't easily write reviews- purely because usually too busy !( not a good excuse) Anyway I thought I would treat myself to a delivered pizza from Pulcinellas.It being bank holiday Monday! It was so tasty and actually, 'perfect.' The dough was spot on and the filling was delicious and just the right juiciness ! meaning not hard or dry, or too stodgy, but yet brimming with goodness Also arrived steaming hot! which as any pizza lover knows, needs to at least arrive hot ,hot. Well I just wanted to write a big Thanks and well done as my pizza was definitely made with pride and wanting to please the customer! You did! Christine
