WHITES HAIR & BEAUTY - LEICESTER, LE

I was looking for great service and quite obviously -a great haircut.. At first my experience was pleasant enough. The staff seemed friendly. I asked for the 'full works' so shampoo and cut etc... The shampoo head massage was decent and it lulled me into thinking that I had stumbled upon a little gem off a place. I was SO wrong.. I explained at length that I wanted something snappy on the sides, tousled on top and easy to style as I had let my hair grow out of its last style because I wanted a change. My hairdresser assured me that she understood what I wanted.. The end result was THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD.. It was nothing like I had described nor anything like the photos I had shown her. I am not a vain person but this ghastly chop has been the butt of jokes for weeks and I haven't once (in 4-5 weeks) been able to style it. I have had to resort to wearing a hat until it grows enough for something else....!!! :( Since then I have been told by many locals in the area that Whites are renowned for bad haircuts?! I just wish I had asked around first.. All I ask is that this be rectified as to avoid the embarrassment of another unsuspecting customer.. A whole £23 that I'd rather had saved for a stylist more deserving of such a rate... I strongly advise you MONITOR YOUR STAFF performance!!!! It is a matter of your professional integrity.. It pains me to have to give even a star but I have to...

I love it, the staf is so nice and friendly and always offers a drink to me, I think they do the best hair cuts ever and you will never ask for your money back, trust me there are the number one!

Terrible hair cut, lopsided and chunky, nothing like I requested. They refused to give out refund. Very aggressive manager. Will never go back. Would rate as zero but that is not an option.
