Absolutely disgusting customer service, my son , a 19 year old respectfull fulltime worker turned up late evening with his girlfreind and 1 year old baby and best freind for two rooms, the owner asked him where the others were, he told him, outside in his car, the owner went out to take a look, said he didnt like the look of them, obviously because they were young, how pejidice, so any young couples with a family, dont waist your time trying to book in, clearly not family freindly, how kind of the owner leaving them stil trying to find somewhere hour,s later to stay
