Disrespectful staff shouting down to an elderly lady enterering the shop that "only 2 people allowed at a time". The lady questioned it to be curtly told that it has been policy since March. The 2 female staff members unprofessionally proceeded to discuss loudly this fact. The elderly lady had possibly not been out for the past 5 months.
