LINCOLNSHIRE CO-OP PHARMACY MOLESCROFT PHARMACY - BEVERLEY, NO

I stupidly forgot to request my repeat prescription not realising until my meds ran out! I called the Co-Op Molescroft surgery and explained my mistake. Though they normally require 4 working days from order to collection, the staff couldn’t do enough to help. They faxed my GP marking it as urgent, and within 4 hours of my call I received a text advising me that my prescription was ready for collection THANK YOU for your superb level of service.
As I collected my script today I did speak to the Pharmacist/Manager and asked him to pass on my thanks to the staff but I just thought it was worth making people aware of such a super level of service.
As an aside I would also like to mention the professionalism of the Pharmacist/Manager, he always speaks to each patient and ensures that they understand the medications prescribed, as previously stated in this day and age it’s not often one encounters such superb service.
