Vey poor customer service. Called them after receiving my food as the Chow Mien did look burnt, smelt burnt and tasted burnt. Spoke to the woman and was told "thats how we cook our chow mein". I might not be the best of the chefs but will recognise burnt food and its not like i ve had that meal for the first time in my life. She didnt even try to apologise. Seriously have some dignity if you did screw something just apologise and admit it. Very poor managment they should definitely look in to it and change the manager or whoever deals with complaints.
