Waited over 40 minutes for my meal on a Wednesday lunchtime (hardly the busiest period). When it arrived the pasta dish was hot in the middle but cold at the edges. No apology from the serving staff member for its late arrival and was never asked if the meal was OK (as is common practice in many groups of this type). Restaurant seemed understaffed and poorly managed. I would certainly not eat here again despite living locally.
