Disabled people with assist dogs are not welcome here - a gentleman who is disabled with one of these dogs was made to leave. Apparently they only accept guide dogs for the blind. What nonsense obviously they do not know the laws and legislation for disabled people and their dogs. Perhaps the staff need training in Customer Service, Disability Awareness, Equality and Diversity and the Equality Act 2010. The poor gentleman had to hobble out in front of other customers, humiliated, stressed and embarrassed - how disgusting
