We asked the company to custom make a fence and a gate for us . They asked us to pay upfront which we did . I appreciate that the circumstances have been difficult. However , it is about three months since we gave them our money . I have had several conversations with the owner , in which i have been fobbed off and fobbed off . On Saturday, I was promised that they would be made early this week . I have just rung and been told to leave it with them . I was also told by the owner that he didn’t care whether i was happy or not . I would avoid this company like the plague , and would under no circumstances pay up front . Looks like we will have to instruct a solicitor to get our money back .
1st Class service. We ordered a shed and it was delivered within the time scale on the day we chose.
