PURPLE LINK PROPERTIES - COVENTRY, WE

Well well well! That man is pure evil! Am going through the same thing with my kids.

With any luck people will stop using purple link properties. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I have photographic evidence of the state of one of there properties. I’m surprised that someone hasn’t done a blog about purple link properties revealing a true account of there experience with purple link properties. I might be the one to do it.

My experience with purple link properties was the worst of its kind ever since i moved into Coventry. The owner of the agency goes by the name Jazz, he is the most insultive and arrogant person i have ever met in Coventry, he uses very swear words like f*** u, f*** out you f******* idiot, go to hell b**** and a whole cant mention here, he is a big bully and always threatens his/her tenant. i was living at one of his property and it has been hell. Presently i decided to end my contract with purple link properties because i couldn't take all the insult any more from Jazz the owner, On Monday the 8th of Feb 2015 at about 12.30 noon, before i could say jack, he barged into the property and ordered me to leave in 30 mins, only for me to go downstairs 10 mins he left my room, i noticed he has changed the lock to the front door. i called him on phone to ask why he did that and how do i get me deposit since he wanted me out just like that and you wont believe the words coming out of his mouth,"you f****** get no deposit, you f****** get your things out of the house or i will be back and i will throw you and your things out..he called me a nuisance and said i should never call his line again" and then he hanged up the phone. i was so pained and pissed and i went to report the issue at the law centre, Citizens Advise and Police..the case is still on going and i will make sure i get to the root of it and see to it that he pays for every bit of his unlawful actions n swear words. i will keep you guys posted..in the mean time, where ever you hear purple link properties or the white guy called Jazz pls run very far for your life cos it has never been a good experience with him even most of my student friends had same experience but decided to let it go, but its never going to be same with me because i have paid all my rent and owe him not even a penny.

I rented a property off purple link properties what a BIG mistake that was. Whenever it needed repairs doing it was a nightmare trying to get them done & when they where done the repairs was done by chancers. I didn’t want to give a rating but I had to otherwise the system wouldn’t let me post my review.
