Good car and service, didn't feel rushed into a sale and had enough time to make up my mind. Very accommodating during negotiations. I can only give an average rating because I don't think that this dealer is any better than average. The second key of the car was damaged, granted only cosmetically, but was not informed about this when we agreed on the sale. Furthermore, their 'warranty' covers the bare minimum. The car I purchased developed a fault, which was fixed by another garage and was not covered fully by Bella. I was very surprised about this as the seller Shabir put me into false comfort, that I would not have anything to worry about during the period of the warranty. In any case, I love the car, and happy with the price I paid and appreciate that they covered most of the repair, but probably wouldn't go out of my way to purchase another car here.

I was impressed that Azhar suggested using my local garage instead of an RAC check - to save me money - and was willing to take the car there. I did not buy in the end, as I got a slightly better offer elsewhere but would go back to Bella Cars. Very courteous and friendly approach to my daughter and I. Thanks.
