I contacted Hazewater in October 2015. My son had a contract with them. This covered call outs and Labour. His home which he rented out needed a repair to the boiler. I dealt with an employee, Bilal Ahmed who arranged to visit the property. He gave me a breakdown of costs totalling £224.40. I paid this, but later discovered he had never been to the property. When I challenged this, he made several promises but neither fixed the boiler or returned my money. I wrote to the Company Director, but never got any responses. I visited their offices several times but no-one was ever there. I have been a victim of fraud. I do not recommend anyone use this Company. They are dishonest. Carol Rodley
