BLACK SHEEP HAIR - SUTTON COLDFIELD, WE

I booked to have my hair cut on groupon for £16 at black sheep in sutton coldfield on 5 dec 17 i went there only to be kept waiting half an hour from my appointment time no sorry for keeping me waiting and to top it of im very unhappy Andrew cut my hair uneven not even straight i at to pay another hairdressers to put it right, they showed me how uneven it was. I complaint to owner/manager she wasnt bothered even rude saying there was nothing wrong with the cut even tho i showed her as im a hairdresser myself it was a cm out and the sides was longer on 1 side. It was a terrible service no wonder they are looking for people and giving special offers away. Even my mum whos 77 years old noticed straight away my hair didnt look right. Andrew blow dried my hair and the curls fell out in 2 hour and looked flat as a pancake. The manager said im moanin over a cm off i said its all over not just in one place and i will have to pay again to put right, the manager said thats how we cut like toni and guy. it was not even cut straight told the manager i want a refund an she said she wont refund me so i wasted my time and money i also at to pay another hairdressers to put their work right its a disgrace this supposed to have been a treat but it was nothing but hassle.
