I would not recommend Mobility Plus Bathing to anyone. My parents £7,000 shower was put in in July, and we have had one problem after another with very little interest from the after sales care team, except when they wanted my parents to settle the outstanding balance! Several so called 'professionals' have come out to look at each problem, which have not been fixed properly. Firstly the thermostat was put in upside down, then the pump wouldn't work which meant my 84 year old parents were having to sweep the water into the gulley, as it would not drain away. They were shown how to 'fix' the pump if it happened again! The towel rail that was installed will now only work if the heating is fully on, and they were told that the towel rail would only get warm. There have also been numerous other smaller problems - too many to go into. My elderly have been treated with no respect, and they now have a very expensive shower that they can't use. Buyer beware.
