Signed up with Advansys (store express) in
February last year, for a new website
integrated with eBay and Amazon. The project
was supposed to take 6-12 weeks.
In May my predicted go live date came and
went and we didn't even seem close to having
a finished product and there were lots of
technical problems. I also found out I had to
pay out more money to complete the website.
It would take weeks/months to sort out one
problem then another one would crop up.
In October I still did not have a website and
there was still problems. The whole project
was a nightmare, I had to walk away after
spending thousands of pounds and putting in
months of work. I could no longer trust them
to complete the job and I was going to have
to pay them more money to continue and £150
a month for only 2 hours of support a month.
I never saw a complete working website in the
10 months I dealt with them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone
