I wish there was a negative star rating as this place is shocking! I went to pick up my dry cleaning with 5 minutes to spare before the store closed and the lady was so rude to me and literally closed the door in my face saying they’re closed and I can’t pick it up until Monday. I’m never taking my clothes here again, I’m shocked at how rude and unprofessional they were. Surprised they’re still in business with all the poor reviews. Do yourself a favour and take your dry cleaning to Altrincham dry cleaners instead, they’re so much more professional, respectful and just nice people.
Ruined my £500 dress and then told me that was the risk I took having something dry cleaned. Gone completely downhill since Jackie has left! New manager / owner VERY rude. Been a customer for 30 years + but now NEVER going again!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
