ROYAL MAIL - CHELTENHAM, GL

I called the number given on the letter they sent to me, was told the person I needed to speak to worked elsewhere! Called main number, despite pressing right options and told to hold I was continually put on a loop with the same message!! Absolutely rubbish and a waste of my time.

I am reading all the reviews, on doing so I think I would be wasting my time phoning Swindon Road Post Offie, so I have no choice to put my complaint on here and hope they read it. I for some reason am not getting any post from Cheltenham to LU3 2HT, the problem is at Cheltenhams Post Office, as I get all the other post sent to me from around the country. And as you can imagine I really get upset as I am not getting , my xmas cards, birthday cards,and Mothers day cards, let alone all the other mail sent to me from Cheltenham. So I am stuck on here trying to find out why, as you cannot get through to said post office. One very , angry, frustrated MUM. By the way I have to give a star rating or I cannot submit my review, you dont deserve any, only minus stars........................................ .........

Despite the difficult situation with COVID-19 they have maintained an efficient service and always serve pleasantly. They have worked hard to help with any queries or issues and resolved them satisfactorily. I understand they have to conform to social distancing as well as the customers queuing which must make it very difficult work environment for them.

Been on the phone ages trying to contact you, as cannot do it on line as i asked to choose a box about the card put through my do , but NO card was put through my door this is what i am trying to tell you and NO parcel delivered even tho, i tracked it and it said it had been, like banging your head against the wall, not getting anywhere, what are we suppose to do !!!!!! checked CCTV for that day and NO delivery. very unhappy customer, BIG QUESTION do you ever get back to people if they have had no joy when you have used the contact email on your site, think NOT!!!

Tried to contact royal mail with complaint. Rang number at top of page, hen given another number. When I got through to that one I was told to ring yet another number. Ridiculous. I received a letter yesterday which was to be signed for. It was put through my porch door where anyone could have picked it up. It contained very important documents which could have gone missing. I look forward to your reply. Mrs M Berry
