The passport photo made by them was refused by HM Passports. When I went back for another photo they charged me again saying that it was HM Passports fault. I definitely won't use them again
The lady with dark hair who served me was very rude and inappropriate. I used their digital passport photo service. When the photo was being processed she commented that the machine gave me an average age of 60!? What a bizarre comment to make. I am 50 years old and insulted to be told I look 10 years older than I am. Why would someone feel the need to say such a thing, very inappropriate. I won't use this business again.
