The Graham Agency placed a great candidate with me. I was very glad but cautious as I could feel the candidate would not stay with me for long. I therefore extended the replacement period. The Graham Agency agreed. It has now been almost 8 weeks that I have informed the agency about the intention of my help to leave. They have not provided me with a single replacement candidate in the 8 weeks. They are full of excuses as to why they have not been able to send me anyone. They have not honoured our agreement and they have left me high and dry. This is after paying them a really hefty amount. They are clearly more interested in cashing in on other customers than keeping old ones happy. Additionally they have not contacted me once during these 8 weeks. It has only ever been me chasing them on.
