Fucked up my custom PC by replacing the power pack with a cheap knockoff one had to be taken to a different shop to be fixed Avoid like the plague

I have a good opinion about this company. They have second hand computers. I bought a printer from them and so far it hasn't broken.

"Bought" refill ink cartridges. I had enquired if some obsolete cartridges I own were acceptable as part payment and one of the partners in this business readily agreed. The first refill was fine but the next two (1 Black, 1 Colour) were not, the Black didn't work properly and the colour both failed and then leaked all over my printer, me, my desk, my papers and my clothes. I took them back. "This has never happened before" said the other partner. It took days until they were sorted out and refilled, and they still didn't work, colours were wrong and blacks were grey. I agreed at the phone that I would buy some replacements from elsewhere and the shop would cover the cost, which I duly did, as I had to produce docs urgently. When I went to the shop one of the partners tried to backtrack on an agreed deal. I had to visit the shop 4 times, they were hopelessly inefficient, the product didn't work and then they broke our agreement. Unnecessary Legal action to follow . AVOID.
