ROYAL MAIL - BOOTLE, ME

Sent a customers parcel 12 days ago via 2nd class parcel post and they have not received it yet? After reading these reviews I am even more concerned. Tried to phone, 20 minutes classical music. Looked at the sorting office opening times, really!
zero stars in all honesty.

I'm l20 of Stanley Road, been waiting letter from alder hey for my son over health sent to me 3 weeks ago still waiting come on Royal mail I get people in the bootle office shield but hire staff people looking for jobs.

Another one star rating (if I could give no stars - I would), I don't think my post man knows how to ring a door bell or, knock on a door. Whenever a parcel finally arrives (always late), I get them sent tracked sometimes... it says on website it has been delivered when it hasn't - I wait indoors, they post a note telling me to pick it up... they never think to leave it at a neighbours etc. I've stopped using them because of their terrible over priced service but, can't control how people send goods to me. Also the customer services line is never less than 20 minutes. Disgraceful service all round. No wonder their competitors are getting bigger and, royal mail is shrinking.

No mail L30 , lucky if get post 4 times a week, paid posted return label, item was posted Monday first class , tracked, paid £4.58,48hour Max delivery, still waiting see if comes Friday, waist money, paid items from eBay, getting them 2weeks late, wish I could pay good service cause at moment Royal mail, no good, I now go to maghull to post items so now get delivered.

My tracked parcel has been at Seaforth and Bootle delivery office since 9th February and each time I track it in Royal Mail app it says it’s on its way and I’ll be updated as it travels through system . It travelled from China quicker than its taking from Delivery office to Linacre Road where I live . Very poor service
