Excellent experience with service, first time booking with Flyplaces, will use them again, but only due to my handler, Lee, he was amazing. Thought we were going to have to cancel our holiday due to an error made by an other online booking Travel company but Lee pulled it off for us. He went all out and searched alternative flights for us and made it happen. I cannot thank him enough, he was very patient with me and explained what I didn't understand. Thank you Lee, when I come back to Flyplaces I will ask for you by name!

Reliable and helpful company I have been using Flyplaces for a number of years now. I travel through India for 2 months of the year. All my flights are booked through this company. All the agents are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you get the best price. They have flight arrival and departure times at their fingertips and arrange all interconnecting flights within minutes. The most impressive thing is that they email your flight itinerary for you to say OK before taking money from your card. First class customer service.

Booked last minute business class flight to New York first time at a cheaper price than any other booking company and the staff were very helpful great experience and will book again.
