I was completely excluded from Mother's
funeral arrangements, being the eldest
son.
BC Baker refused to speak with me, informing
me I am not entitled to know anything about
my Mother's funeral, when I called to confirm
that my Mum has the music and flowers she
wished.
Post funeral, B C Baker refused to
acknowledge that I am family and denied me
the right to know what happened to my
Mother's ashes!
I was treated with insensitivity at a time of
grief, simply hearing I have no right to know
what happened to my Mother!
They added to the loss and grief I felt and
were incredibly obtuse.
